Cancellation process: what to do
On Greygrid, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Greygrid cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Greygrid, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- Enter your username and password to access Greygrid
- From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to My Account
- Please click on the Membership button to cancel your subscription, then follow the prompts.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Greygrid.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.greygrid.net/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Greygrid. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Greygrid can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
