Cancellation process: what to do
On Ojospro, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Ojospro cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Ojospro, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- With your username and password, log in to Ojospro
- In the left-hand menu, click My Account
- To cancel, click the Membership link and follow the instructions.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Ojospro.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.ojospro.com/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Ojospro. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Ojospro can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
