Cancellation process: what to do
On Slashstar, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Slashstar cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Slashstar, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- With your username and password, access Slashstar
- The left-hand sidebar includes a link to My Account
- To cancel, click the Membership link, then follow the prompts.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Slashstar.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.slashstar.net/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Slashstar. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Slashstar can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
