Cancellation process: what to do
On Epicchest, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Epicchest cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Epicchest, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- Sign in to Epicchest with your username and password
- The left-hand menu will take you to My Account
- Please click on the Membership link and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Epicchest.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.epicchest.net/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Epicchest. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Epicchest can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
