The cancellation process: how to begin
Osalee is a multimedia service offering books, music, games and movies on a subscription basis. It is possible to terminate your subscription at any time and without extra payments.
You will need to remember your email address and password to stop your Osalee subscription. The Account recovery page is the place to go if you forgot either of them.
Cancel directly
Your account page allows you to terminate your membership immediately.
- With your username and password, access Osalee
- The left-hand sidebar includes a link to My Account
- To cancel, click the Membership link, then follow the prompts.
After your membership is canceled, Osalee will email you to confirm.
Support in unsubscribing
To cancel your Osalee subscription using express cancellation, fill out the form at https://support.osalee.net/en-us/requests. Use the subject “Cancel My Subscription” in your request.
The content on Osalee, as well as your watch history and preferences, cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
