Dontra offers unlimited access to its multimedia library on a subscription basis. Enrolling is easy and allows you to use the service on the device of your choice. How can I stop my subscription?
Find out how to terminate your Dontra subscription yourself in a couple of clicks. You may be charged as a subscriber to Dontra if you have joined their multimedia platform as a full member or didn’t cancel your subscription after a free trial period. Cancel through your account
The easiest way to stop your membership is to do it directly on the website:
- Use your username and password to log into Dontra
- Click on My Account on the left-hand sidebar
- You can cancel your subscription by clicking the Membership button.
Please, use the same email address you have registered with. In case you don’t remember your email or password, use the recovery page provided at https://members.dontra.net/login.
Cancel on the website
Fill out the form at https://support.dontra.net/en-us/requests to apply for express cancellation using “Cancel My Subscription” in the subject line.
