Cancellation process: what to do
On ImperialFun, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on ImperialFun cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to ImperialFun, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- With your username and password, log in to ImperialFun
- The left-hand sidebar contains a link for My Account
- After clicking the Membership link, follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from ImperialFun.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.imperialfun.com/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for ImperialFun. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on ImperialFun can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
