Cancellation process: what to do
On Spiral-game, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Spiral-game cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Spiral-game, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- With your username and password, access Spiral-game
- The left-hand sidebar includes a link to My Account
- To cancel, click the Membership link, then follow the prompts.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Spiral-game.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.spiral-game.com/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Spiral-game. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Spiral-game can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
