Cancellation process: what to do
On Fuegofun, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Fuegofun cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Fuegofun, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- With your username and password, access Fuegofun
- The left-hand sidebar includes a link to My Account
- To cancel, click the Membership link, then follow the prompts.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Fuegofun.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.fuegofun.com/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Fuegofun. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Fuegofun can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
