The cancellation process: how to begin
Fireglows is a multimedia service offering books, music, games and movies on a subscription basis. It is possible to terminate your subscription at any time and without extra payments.
You will need to remember your email address and password to stop your Fireglows subscription. The Account recovery page is the place to go if you forgot either of them.
Cancel directly
Your account page allows you to terminate your membership immediately.
- With your username and password, log in to Fireglows
- The left-hand sidebar contains a link for My Account
- After clicking the Membership link, follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
After your membership is canceled, Fireglows will email you to confirm.
Support in unsubscribing
To cancel your Fireglows subscription using express cancellation, fill out the form at https://support.fireglows.net/en-us/requests. Use the subject “Cancel My Subscription” in your request.
The content on Fireglows, as well as your watch history and preferences, cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
