How do I cancel my ZBrainShop subscription?
Your ZBrainShop subscription contract may be terminated at any time without additional payment. Your membership can be terminated either through the website or the account profile page. You should be aware that logging out does not cancel your payments if you decide to leave the platform of ZBrainShop. The following step-by-step instructions will explain how to cancel your subscription.
Using your client account
Follow these instructions to remove a subscription on ZBrainShop:
- Enter your username and password to access ZBrainShop
- From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to My Account
- Please click on the Membership button to cancel your subscription, then follow the prompts.
Immediately cancel
Fill out the quick cancellation form at https://support.zbrainshop.com/en-us/requests to get assistance from the customer support team if you have trouble logging in. Don’t forget to put “Cancel My Subscription” in the subject line. Cancelling your membership will lock you out of your progress track and preferences as soon as your current membership expires.
