Cancellation process: what to do
On Perispro, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Perispro cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Perispro, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- Use your username and password to log into Perispro
- Click on My Account on the left-hand sidebar
- You can cancel your subscription by clicking the Membership button.
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Perispro.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.perispro.com/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Perispro. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Perispro can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
